These sentiments were expressed yesterday (Monday 5th October 2020) at a general meeting of the Hallam Race Network where two of the outgoing chairs: Manny Madriaga and Maxine Greaves passed the baton of leadership to the new chairs – Lindy-Ann Blaize Alfred, Jennifer Fearon and Amira Samatar.
