The SITS system, including SITS Client, SITS Online and My Student Record (MSR), will not be available to staff and students from Friday 13 April until around noon on Monday 16 April while the annual upgrade takes place.
If you are a SITS user please do not to attempt to login to SITS or SITS Online once the upgrade has started until we let you know that it is available again, even if the system appears to be available is may still be undergoing post-upgrade testing.
Messages will be displayed on the SITS Online/MSR/shuspace login pages and University TV screens/screensavers, prior to and during the upgrade. The Registry Services SITS Help team who provide support for student systems and process related enquiries will use the SITS System Status page on the Registry Services SharePoint site to keep staff users informed of progress during the upgrade.
