We are doing a callout for all academic staff across the University to complete a form to update their staff profile before 30th November 2018. Once this form has been submitted the Marketing department will update your information on the website before Christmas.
Updating your staff profile – If you are a current member of academic staff and require an amendment to your current staff profile, please complete the form on this link and submit.
New member of staff or new staff profile – If you require a new staff profile, please complete the form on this link and submit. You will also be given a date for a drop-in photo shoot.
You will need to log in with your University google account (username@my.shu.ac.uk) to access these forms.
Having an up to date staff profile is extremely important and we would encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to ensure yours is up to date.
Photo shoots
Please note that you must submit one of the above forms to attend one of our photo shoots. Only staff who are on the pre-booked list will have their photos taken. Staff photos will be uploaded directly to your staff profile.
If you have an existing staff profile but do not have a photo, you will also be on the pre-booked list for the following drop-in photo shoot:
