The Professional and Support Services Operating Model (PSOM) project has been initiated in response to our new University Strategy​ and its accompanying implementation plan. The central team headed up by Project Director for the Professional and Support Services Operating Model Project, Libby Wilson are currently working on Phase 1 of the project due to be completed at the end of July 2017.

The goal of this phase is to produce a high-level design for a single operating model. They are attending forums, hosting workshops and working alongside a wide group of colleagues from across the University and our student community to achieve this.
