Meet Lito…

She’s a final year graphics student in ACES who is working with the Healthy Hallam team as part of her final year project.
Lito is out and about this week and next gathering research.  Finding out which aspects of health and wellbeing are important to you and what might help you to make small changes.

So far the majority of you have said you’d like to make improvements to your lifestyle. These range from improving your sleep, eating habits, exercise, mental health and hydration. Most of you go on to say you think making changes will have a positive impact on your studies with regard to better routine, motivation, organisation, focus and concentration.
It’s also been really inspiring to hear how passionate you are about your courses from Quantity Surveying to Fashion Management, Biomedical Science to Primary School teaching and Hospitality to Creative Writing!
