The 5 Ways to Wellbeing are similar to the five portions of fruit and veg we’re advised to eat daily in order to keep physically healthy.  If carried out regularly, they will help you maintain your wellbeing. Small changes are enough and you may be doing some of them already and not realise it!
Get Active Week is your opportunity to take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle with our free sport and fitness sessions.
If you attend any of our activities or stalls during Get Active Week, you’ll receive a voucher to attend one of our social sport or fitness classes the following week for free.
It all kicks off on Monday 23rd January
  • Sports Fair, 11am-2pm  in the Atrium, City Campus
  • free Social Sport and Fitness Classes All Week

  • stalls at Heart of Campus and Owen Building where you can win prizes
