We know it can be easy for us to tell you about the five ways to wellbeing, but it’s so much more important to hear it from students who have taken the challenge. We asked you to send in your examples of how you took the Healthy Hallam Challenge. Your passion and enthusiasm for incorporating a healthy way of life inspired us – so we’d like to pass it on and say thank you!
Betsy Byrne with her favourite ways to wellbeing
Here’s our first example for #KeepLearning: this is Betsy.
Betsy told us: “I’m learning German: as someone with dyslexia, it’s a challenge – and I’m winning!”
Betsy is studying German as an extra module. She strongly believes that this is a skill that will add so much more freedom to her prospects once leaving university and knows that she will value this skill immensely. At some point in the future, Betsy would like to work and live in Germany for a few years – we’d like to wish her all the best with this exciting ambition.
We’ll be sharing more examples next week – in the meantime, keep learning!
