Day 2 is all about being active!
Exercise is a great way to reduce stress as it burns off hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline and helps produce mood-enhancing endorphins.
This doesn’t mean you must be super fit or play in a team – it’s all about getting moving and having fun! Just a walk after a meal will help as the fresh air and exercise will lift your mood and make you feel better.
