Seminar: HR 2.0 – Profit from HR Digitisation (13 September 2019)
Organizations making better use of HR digitisation in staff management, training, and the recruitment of high potential employees. Various seasoned HR professionals and consultants shared that HR can now create an integrated employee experience in a much more efficient way by the aid of APPS, AI, and bots.
This is an eye-opening opportunity for current SHAPE students BA(Hons) in Business Human Resource Management to visualise the new and upcoming trends of HR digitisation. The students appreciated that they had a chance to have a focus group discussion session with the guest speakers. This experience will prepare them in their future career development.
