The Estates team have been made aware that Collegiate Hall is experiencing issues with the heating supply in some areas. Teams within Estates and Facilities Management are working to investigate and restore normal service as soon as possible. We will be on site today to examine boiler and we will keep you informed and updated as soon as we know what the issue is and the expected remediation timescale.
Start of the Heating Season
At this time of year, the weather can be variable from day to day. As we re-energise the heating systems across the campus’ comfort issues may be experienced by building users. Our Plumbing and Heating team are working hard to identify and rectify any issues during this period. Although we have remote monitoring of the conditions in the majority of our buildings, you the building user are our eyes and ears across the Estate. Therefore should you have any issue with thermal comfort, please do contact the FD Helpdesk on x4444 or by emailing ! FD Customer Services.
