Robert Winston Building – sewage cleanup

For colleagues working in Robert Winston Building:

Please be aware that there has been a back up of sewage outside the building this morning. The manhole has been cleared but ‘clean up’ will take place first thing on Monday morning.

Although there is no health and safety risk to staff, students and visitors in Robert Winston Building there may be an unpleasant smell.

The team on site have made the decision to clean up on Monday so as not to exacerbate the situation, it can be cleaned more efficiently on Monday.
