Please be aware engineers will be working on Oneleven Building on Monday 11 and Friday 15 June, they are there to upgrade the building control systems; the door access and controls, the heating and ventilator systems.
The bulk of their work will be in the basement, but some will require working in the stairwells, within the lift lobby on level five, to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum they will be on site from 5pm – 9pm. Staff should be aware that during these periods access through that area will be restricted to some extent.
There will be brief periods of disruption on the various systems as they are swapped from the older controllers to the new updated version but it should only cause minimal disruption. Later in the week, the engineers will need to enter the office areas to carry out commissioning checks but again this should be pretty unobtrusive & any resulting disruption should be minimal.
