On the Monday 4 June, Dan Ladbury, Director of Estates at Sheffield Hallam University, joined prominent business leaders within the construction and property industry for the Sheffield Development Plans Conference – one of the city’s largest business events of the year within the construction sector.

The event will see some of the region’s biggest names in business lead a regional discussion including presentations of ongoing or proposed development plans in the area and plans for the region’s future. Speakers confirmed for the conference include:

  • Daniel Ladbury: Director of Estates at Sheffield Hallam University
  • Stuart Harris: Director and Founder of Queensbury Real Estate
  • John McNulty: Programme Director of Infrastructure at HS2 Growth Partnership
  • Kellie Hatton: Committee Member at Sheffield Property Association
  • Nik Hamilton: Investment Team Manager at Sheffield City Council

The conference will provide an opportunity for those within the industry to gain insight on projects likely to take place within the region, including the ambitious plans announced recently by Sheffield Hallam University, whilst also giving a platform to debate and discuss the issues at the top of the economic and regional agenda.

This is a really exciting time for Sheffield as a number of plans are coming together at the same time to transform our city.
