These resources can be used in learning and teaching by showing the videos on the Perspectives on Autism page to lead into a discussion (perhaps prompted by the Topics for Discussion).
Alternatively, we have created interactive presentations that use shorter video extracts to explore more granular themes. They include suggestions for webpages to explore and papers to read. These presentations can be shared easily and embedded into Blackboard sites, supporting different learning and teaching approaches such as flipped classroom.
Each presentation was created with Microsoft Sway (they will open in a new window, so if you’ve got a pop-up blocker you may have to deactivate it). Use the navigation buttons on screen, or the space bar on your keyboard, to navigate the presentation.
