Your Course Welcome Schedule – January 2023

Your College and course details can be found at the top of your welcome email – titled ‘Time to Enrol at Sheffield Hallam’, which you will have received from the University Admissions Team.

To access your course-specific schedule follow the instructions below:

• Search for your course by name or use a keyword, e.g. for BSc (Hons) Events Management you can either search for ‘Events’ or ‘Management’. You may need to use the ‘Next’ button to move through the results.
• If you are on a PGCE course search for PGCE.
• You do not need to include the mode of study, e.g. BSc/BA/PG
• You will need to know what Level you are on as follows:
  • Level 0 = Foundation Year
  • Level 4 = First year of study
  • Level 5 = Second year of study
  • Level 6 = Final year of study
  • Level 7 = Postgraduate first year
• If you have just returned from a placement year you will be on the next Level on from which you left to go on placement (e.g. either Level 5 or 6).
• If you previously studied on a ‘with Foundation Year’ course you will need to check your course carefully to see whether you are on a course with a Foundation Year, or whether you have been moved onto the non-Foundation Year course. If you are unsure, check your course title on your ‘Time to Enrol at Sheffield Hallam’ email.
• If you are a Direct Entrant joining a course at Level 5 or 6, please search for the variation of the course with ‘Direct Entrant’ in brackets.
