From 28th April to 9th May, we asked students to tell us how we are doing in Student Services as part of Feedback Fortnight.

What did we ask students?
We asked 80 visitors to our reception points the following:

How would you rate

  • The helpfulness of the staff you spoke to today?
  • The information you received today?
  • The waiting time to be served at reception?
  • The appearance of the reception and waiting area?
  • The service you recieved today?

The results are in!

The good news is, we scored well over 90% ‘excellent’ or ‘good’ in all areas!

  • The helpfulness of the staff you spoke to today?  97.6% Excellent or Good
  • The information you received today?  94.8% Excellent or Good
  • The waiting time to be served at reception? 94.9 % Excellent or Good
  • The appearance of the reception and waiting area? 95.1% Excellent or Good
  • The service you recieved today? 97.6% Excellent or Good

A big thank you to all students who took part in Feedback Fortnight. We will be using the feedback to continue to make improvements to our service. For example, some comments indicated that we could find ways to manage queues better at busy times, which we will look into. We’ll also be updating this blog further once we have analysed the results of the surveys we conducted around campus during Feedback Fortnight.
