During November, the Student Services reception in the Owen Building hosted a Viewpoint kiosk, which we were asking students to use to tell us about their experience of our reception.

It was there to gather your valuable feedback on how we could improve our service and facilities, and help to give you a voice: we are here to help you after all!

“Very helpful and friendly staff”

Over the four week period we invited students to fill out our questionnaire and gathered a total of 48 responses from students with a wide variety of enquiries. Of these respondents, 91.7% felt that their enquiry had been dealt with efficiently, with 100% feeling that they could find the reception easily and that it was welcoming: these are fantastic figures!

There was also a section of the questionnaire to leave any additional comments or suggestions and 100& of additional comments were positive about the reception and our staff! Here is a selection of the great feedback we received:

We would like to say a huge thank-you to everyone who took the time to fill in the questionnaires and feedback. Every comment and suggestion is helpful in improving our service and facilities. As a result of student feedback we now have a water cooler in reception!
