Module Evaluation Questionnaires

The guidance for the 2019 Module Evaluation Questionnaires (MEQ’s) for module leaders is now available to download here. There were some common themes that came out of the briefing sessions that took place which you can see in more detail here.

 

Key Travel

Key Travel will be the University’s  new core travel management system that will replace Clarity as of 4 June 2019.

Opportunities to meet staff from the Key Travel team will be available by booking onto one of the sessions between 20 and 31 May on Core portal

 

International Travel and Work

There is now an updated policy for international travel and work for members of staff who travel on University business. Please see here for more information.

 

 

SharePoint 

The  University is updating all of its SharePoint sites to a new version that sits on the Cloud with each of the directorate and faculty’s sites being moved gradually over the next few months. Please see here for more information on the update overall but take note that further communications will be sent to SSH staff directly before our site is moved and will be advised of any actions staff may need to do beforehand.

Resource Booker 

A reminder that Resource Booker is the new system to use to book rooms within the University. A user guide and video can be found here to find out how to use the new system.

 

 

Tier 4 Registration

Registration for all International Tier 4 students takes place between 1 -3 April 2019. Please see here for more information on the compulsory event and how it might affect you.
