SHU Disability Passport
Human Resources have recently produced a Disability Passport document for disabled members of staff.
Spark! have produced a document to help people fill in this form: Spark-Impacts-and-Adjustments
We have produced this document because it can sometimes be difficult to think about impacts of impairment and reasonable adjustments without a framework.
If you are a disabled member of staff, or a line manager supporting a disabled member of staff, you may find this document useful. The document is saved under ‘Reasonable Adjustments’ in our Resources section.
Remember that under the Hallam Deal all staff can expect:
