Being held at the Workstation, located in the centre of the CIQ (Cultural Industries Quarter), where a large proportion of the cities media industry is located. Pathways is an event aimed at Sheffield Hallam Universities’ MAC (Media, Art, and Communication) students. The day is beneficial to students who enjoy different interests to one another, since there are stands from prominent organisations/professionals from the industries such as Film/Tv, Games, animation etc. There are also keynotes by leaders of the profession the students are interested in and because of its success last year, the event is now in it’s second year.

This video was created by two Digital Media Production students last year as a promotional piece for the event. It gives a good idea about how the event is run and what was there as well as several students opinions on the event.

This years event is being held on Wednesday 19th March 2014 at 11am through to 3pm at The Workstation, Sheffield.
