The inaugural Stonewall Season, in partnership with Visa, was a brand new festival of events hosted by Stonewall and our friends, supporters and partners across Britain during November 2016.

The ten days were a whirlwind of amazing activity, with thousands of LGBT people coming together alongside our allies. More than 80 different events and initiatives took place across 22 different towns and cities to celebrate LGBT life and culture.

During Pride season, thousands of supporters joined our #ByYourSide movement, pledging to work together to ensure that everyone, everywhere, is accepted without exception. We carried that message forward throughout the Stonewall Season, as we brought together individuals and organisations to celebrate the LGBT community, encourage action, and show that we stand side by side with them.
