Your SHU Card

Please check you have done the following:

  1. You have collected your BRP card. In most cases you should have your BRP card before your SHU Card is issued to you. If you haven’t collected your BRP card please follow the BRP collection procedure
  2. Visit msr.shu.ac.uk/urd/sits.urd/run/siw_lgn and check you have done the following:
    1. Upload a photo of yourself – Images must be a JPG or JPEG
    2. Check your UK address details are current. You cannot enter the University’s address as this needs to be posted to you
  3. Please wait up to 10 working days for your SHU card to be posted to your UK address
