IAPT – Students Coping With Covid course

Feeling stressed, worried about the future, finding it difficult to socialise?

Learn some helpful ways to manage your wellbeing with the online IAPT Student Coping with Covid course.

This course runs over 4 weeks and lasts 1 hour each session.

Starting Wednesday 11th November at 3pm

  • Learn how to calm your body
  • Maintain a routine
  • Manage your worries
  • Improve your sleep

 

Each 1 hour session will provide you with proven techniques to take away and start using straight away.
