Learning outcomes:
1. Participants will be able to understand and demonstrate the use of the Design Thinking process, principles and methods in the current ever-changing environment.
2. Participants will be able to identify user needs and develop appropriate solutions through effective design thinking methods.
3. Participants will be able to evaluate and analyse the impact of adopting the Design Thinking process, principles and method.
