\"\"<\/a>Dr Josephine Booth is Co-Lead of the Wipro <\/b>Programme<\/b><\/span>. <\/b>Jo is a Principal Research Fellow and <\/em>has extensive experience in educational research and evaluation, including routes into teaching and policy influences, working nationally and internationally.\u00a0 Jo is also co-lead of the Sheffield Institute of Education Research Engaged Practice Network<\/p>\n

Joelle Halliday <\/strong>is Co-Lead of the Wipro <\/b>Programme<\/b><\/span>. <\/b>Joelle is a Senior Research \"\"<\/a> Fellow and also co-leads the Sheffield Institute of Education Research Engaged Practice Network. Joelle has worked in local, national and international contexts to design and lead professional development projects. Her background is as a primary school senior leader and professional development leader.<\/p>\n

Linda Bray <\/strong>is the programme\u00a0Administrator and\u00a0<\/em>has many years\u2019 experience of supporting schools and other stakeholders to improve STEM education, including working on projects such as STEM Ambassadors and the Stimulating Physics Network.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Andrea Mapplebeck<\/strong> has worked in a variety of roles in secondary schools, and has been writing and facilitating hands-on and evidenced informed CPD for schools, teachers and other organisations all across the UK and abroad since 2002. This has involved\u00a0working with educators from primary through to HE, and\u00a0running whole school, department and individual support in and across schools; as well as providing face-to-face and online CPD experiences including writing and supporting a number of MOOCs. Alongside this Andrea has completed a PhD looking at the characteristics of oral teacher feedback that move forward student learning in a science classroom.<\/p>\n

Richard Pountney <\/strong>is a\u00a0Principal Lecturer in curriculum development. He leads online courses in mentoring, including the development of the Enhance your Mentoring Skills<\/a> \"\"<\/a>open online course, and for mentors of Chartered College of Teaching Chartered Teacher programme<\/a>. He is module leader for Curriculum Design and Innovation in the MA Education<\/a> and researches curriculum development and professional learning. He was curriculum associate to the Subject Centre for Sociology, Anthropology and Politics at Birmingham University (2008-11). Richard leads programme strand 3: I<\/em>ndividualised support through mentoring<\/em> and the Wipro Teacher Mentor Programme<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n
