The roll out of Windows 10 is being initiated by building and phase 1 of this covers the buildings listed below. Email communications will be sent to key contacts in the building prior to the start of the work.

Prior to this, staff will receive a form via a pop-up on their PC (it will keep popping up, so you won’t miss it!). This will ask a series of questions which will provide information which allows us to assess whether your PC or laptop is straight forward to upgrade or more complex.
** this pop up starts when your device is restarted – if your habit is to lock your PC at the end of the day you will need to restart to see the form **
Please be aware once the form is complete, it may still be a number of weeks before PCs and laptops are upgraded due to the size of the project.
Certain areas have identified times where they cannot be upgraded, they will be omitted from receiving the pop up at this stage.
