Twelve Hallam Days of Christmas 2018

Most of us have our festive traditions – the family meal, the Boxing Day walk, the silly sweaters.  My definition of a tradition is that it begins when something happens two years in a row for the same reason.  And so, like last year (and looking forward to next) here are 2018’s twelve Hallam days of Christmas.

On the first day of Christmas I will remember our striking NSS results.

On the second day of Christmas I will remember the installation of Baroness Helena Kennedy QC as our new Chancellor and our striking NSS results.

On the third day of Christmas I will remember the launch of our Campus Masterplan; the installation of Baroness Helena Kennedy QC as our new Chancellor; and our striking NSS results.

On the fourth day of Christmas I will remember the specially-designed bra to help women undergoing radiotherapy being named as one of the UK’s 100 best breakthroughs; the launch of our Campus Masterplan; the installation of Baroness Helena Kennedy QC as our new Chancellor; and our striking NSS results.

On the fifth day of Christmas I will remember proudly hosting Universities UK’s 100thanniversary conference here at Hallam; the specially-designed bra to help women undergoing radiotherapy being named as one of the UK’s 100 best breakthroughs; the launch of our Campus Masterplan; the installation of Baroness Helena Kennedy QC as our new Chancellor; and our striking NSS results.

On the sixth day of Christmas I will remember Harvey Morton, a Business and Enterprise Management student, being named Young Freelancer of the Year; proudly hosting Universities UK’s 100thanniversary conference here at Hallam; the specially-designed bra to help women undergoing radiotherapy being named as one of the UK’s 100 best breakthroughs; the launch of our Campus Masterplan; the installation of Baroness Helena Kennedy QC as our new Chancellor; and our striking NSS results.

On the seventh day of Christmas I will remember the exciting progress made on our two new research centres at the Health Innovation Park; Harvey Morton, a Business and Enterprise Management student, being named Young Freelancer of the Year; proudly hosting Universities UK’s 100thanniversary conference here at Hallam; the specially-designed bra to help women undergoing radiotherapy being named as one of the UK’s 100 best breakthroughs; the launch of our Campus Masterplan; the installation of Baroness Helena Kennedy QC as our new Chancellor; and our striking NSS results.
