Happy birthday
Its been great to have been part of it from the start and still loving being part of it 25 years on!
What a journey for Academic study of Sport in the University- From 30 BEd students a year in PE to 600 Ug Sport students a year across 8 degrees, Pg and PhDs, not to mention 3 research centres in Sport – from 6 academic staff to over 100!
Gosh- where did the last 25 years go?
Thank you Hallam for a great career so far, heres to the next 25
Happy birthday
Happy birthday
I was an undergraduate here 25 years ago – BA Rec Management ( Totley Campus). Fond memories! Now I’m one of those 100 academics mentioned in Diane’s post. Who woulda thunk it all those years ago?!
Happy birthday Hallam! I was here in the old Poly days absolutely again in 1994 under the SHU bannner – one of the first degree nursing courses in the country started with us and here I am now as professor in the fab HWB faculty- new building but still at the leafy collegiate site! 25 years…. and counting I’d say!
