Our University Strategy was published in February 2017, along with the Implementation Plan. Our Vice-Chancellor Professor Chris Husbands introduced the strategy and outlined its main elements in this short video (05:43).
The Implementation Plan details the ten immediate priorities alongside setting out the key deliverables of the four pillars. It is the first phase of our journey and sets out what we aim to achieve up to 2020. The three year timeframe allows us to cement current good practice consistently across the University as well as to put in place some of the big changes that will transform us into a great University.
External partners and stakeholders can also read about the Strategy on our website.
