The February 2018 Transforming Lives strategy update sessions included the Campus Masterplan and the Creating Knowledge Implementation Plan presented by Dan Ladbury and Roger Eccleston respectively.
Dan Ladbury (Director of Estates) spoke on the Campus Masterplan. This plan spans 15+ years, and will provide a framework for the future estate developments that seek to provide sector-leading, high-quality facilities for learning, teaching and working and achieve outstanding outcomes for our students and our city, in support of our ambition to become the world’s leading applied university. You can find our more about the plan on the Future Spaces site.
Roger Eccleston (Pro Vice-Chancellor for Research and Global Engagement) introduced the Creating Knowledge Implementation Plan (CKIP), which has been drafted alongside Assistant Deans for Research, the Director of Research and Innovation, the Director of the Doctoral School and other colleagues. The CKIP focusses on six specific goals to meet the clear ambitions set out in our strategy for developing our research and knowledge exchange activities. You can find our more about the research pillar board on the Creating Knowledge hub.
