Ronan lectures and researches in a variety of HRM and HRD subjects in Cork University Business School, UCC, Ireland. His research interests include learning and development, gigwork, and talent management.\u00a0 His research has been published in outlets such as\u00a0Human Resource Management Journal<\/i>,\u00a0Human Resource Management (US)<\/i>,\u00a0Journal of Managerial Psychology<\/i>,\u00a0The International Journal of Human Resource Management<\/i>, and\u00a0International Small Business Journal<\/i>.\u00a0 Ronan chaired the 2015 UFHRD conference in UCC.<\/p>\n

Dr Katy Marsh-Davies is the Course Lead for the CIPD-accredited BA (Hons) Business & HRM programme within Sheffield Business School<\/a>. She has over 15 years\u2019 experience of teaching Organisational Behaviour and HRM topics in the UK and internationally, at UG & PG level. Katy is an active researcher with interests in identity, gender and flexible work. She has had work published in The Conversation, Gender, Work & Organization, and Employee Relations and has presented at the British Academy of Management on several occasions.
