We\nencourage you to take on board the feedback that has been given to you in presenting\nyour work. The slot will be made up of a 20 minute oral presentation, followed\nby a 10 minute question and answer section. The Q&amp;A will be facilitated by\none of the stream leads for your theme.<\/li><li>You are invited to submit a 100 word biography\n(or you could use that space to identify delegates that you would like to\nconnect with).<\/li><li>You can upload Powerpoint presentations and\/or\n.pdf files prior to the event. These will be connected with your slot in the online\nprogramme. Due to technical capability of the online conference, videos cannot\nbe shown as part of a presentation. There is however the opportunity to upload videos\nthat delegates can watch prior to (and after) your session. These will appear\nin the online programme.<\/li><li>By default, presentations will be recorded and\nmade available to be watched up to 60 days after the conference. If you do not wish\nto be recorded, then you must inform the session chair on the day.<\/li><li>You will need to use a Windows or Mac laptop\nto present. Mobile devices cannot be used to take part in the conference.<\/li><li>You will need to download the Webex Events app\nprior to the conference.
