If you care, unpaid, for someone who because of illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction, cannot cope without your support, you’re a carer.

As part of Carers Rights Day, we’re running an event for Carers at Virgin Money Lounge (11am – 1pm) where you can get involved with different activities or just come and relax. There’s bowling, a pool table, or maybe you just want to learn more about your rights as a carer; either way, we’d love to see you there. You can sign up through Eventbrite.

Check out the event leaflet below for more details.

Another great resource is the ‘Looking after someone’ guide for anyone caring for family or friends. The guide outlines your rights as a carer and gives an overview of the practical and financial support available.
