The programme is called LGBT Voice and Influence and includes film, music and spoken word.
The full programme is available at: www.friendsofedwardcarpenter.co.uk/LGBTVoiceandInfluence.pdf
The Friends of Edward Carpenter are a small group of people who are dedicated to establishing a permanent memorial to Edward Carpenter in Sheffield City Centre, recognising his historical and social importance and unique association with the city.
These events are presented with support from a range of organisations, including Sheffield Hallam University, and SIGNAL, the University’s staff LGBT Network group.
Also, don’t miss the SHU LGBT History Month display in level 5 of the Owen Building, near the main stairwell of the Atrium.
