During November, the Student Services reception in the Owen Building is hosting a Viewpoint kiosk, which we are asking students to use to tell us about their experience of our reception.
The kiosk is there to gather your views and opinions on our service and the facilities that we offer, giving us valuable feedback on how we can improve things for you when you visit us.
How it works is that you complete a questionnaire (this only takes few moments). Your answers will help us to gauge your views on how welcoming and accommodating we are as a frontline service.
At the end of November, we will be collating the results and acting on any suggestions or improvements that are put forward. This helps to highlight areas that we could improve, but also lets us know what we are getting right for you as a service.
So if you’re going to be visiting us in Student Services reception in the next week, don’t forget to give us your feedback!
