University News: April

Sheffield Hallam University has been shortlisted in the Guardian University Awards in Retention, support and student outcomes category for our Inclusive Practice Programme. Winners will be announced 10 April 2019.

The University launched HIVE, the staff engagement survey on 20 March. This is open for all staff to participate in anonymously. Please see here for more information about the confidentiality commitment and to find out why completing the survey is so important here.

The results of the survey and the University’s plan of action in response to them will be shared in the Transforming Lives sessions in May.

The University shared it’s latest Environmental report which demonstrates how the University has made significant progress against our greatest environmental impacts as well as some of this year’s greatest achievements, including being winners of a prestigious Green Gown award and reducing energy consumption throughout the University estate.
