Sheffield Residents Life Survey

The health and well-being of Sheffield’s residents are linked to a wide range of different lifestyle factors. In partnership with Sheffield City Council, researchers in SBS are examining their combined impacts and would be grateful if you would take part in a short, anonymous survey about your lifestyle. It will help us to advance our understanding and identify opportunities to improve the health and well-being of Sheffield’s residents.  To take part in the survey you must be 18 or above and a permanent resident of Sheffield.

Please click here to take part which will enable you to enter a prize draw for a £200 shopping voucher.
