Justice: International police partnership led by Hallam

A report co-led by Jake Phillips, reader in Criminology at Sheffield Hallam, and Inquest, a charity that provides expertise on state related deaths, says that further scrutiny is needed after it was found that the number of people who took their own life after leaving prison on supervision has increased sixfold since 2010.
