Professor Maddy Arden, Professor of Health Psychology, Project Director for the Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Manchester Behavioural Science Consortium, recently published a letter in The Psychologist talking about ‘Health and Habit’ where she writes about her views on ‘medication non-adherence’. Dr Lynne Barker, a Senior Lecturer in Cognitive Neuroscience, who has been doing pioneering research in retinal imaging and traumatic brain injury was featured in a special article in Research Outreach, a non-profit open access scientific publishing company that shares scientific innovations with the community. Dr Lambros Lazuras, Reader in Social Psychology, has been working on a new Erasmus + Sport project called IMPACT which was  featured in the Annual Clean Sport at the Front Line Forum organised by the UK Anti-doping UKAD in January 2019.

The project will create the first ever ‘Communities of Practice for Clean Sports’ that will enable knowledge transfer and sharing of best practices in clean sports education and policy making in 6 different countries. The project officially commenced on the last week of February in Cyprus and involves an international group of academic experts, national anti-doping organisations and sports organisations.
