Non-pay savings
Last year the University highlighted that their aim was to achieve £4million savings in areas such as travel, printing, hospitality and stationery.
After introducing new policies in these key areas the University appears to be on track to hit this target by the end of the academic year. This can only be achieved however, if current behaviours continue. Cost-saving suggestions or examples of how staff are making their own contribution are still welcomed.
