Please be aware that Hallam Help will be operating a summer service starting from the 29 July until 6 September.
Their email, telephone, and MyHallam portal (channels) service, and key Help Points on campus, will operate as usual while other Help Points will operate on reduced opening hours or open on a demand basis for targeted activities and events. The Summer service reflects demand and enables Hallam Help to prepare for their first start of the new academic year.
In locations where Hallam Help points are closed during the summer, colleagues will need to make their own arrangements for meeting clients and visitors attending for appointments. Clear messages will be communicated to students and staff at Help Points, via social media and MyHallam.

The following Help Points will close for an hour for lunch – these will be staggered to ensure that at least one Help Point is open on each campus:

Cantor 0900 – 1700 (1030 – 1700 on Wednesdays, 1645 on Fridays)
Head Post Office 0900 – 1700 (1030 – 1700 on Wednesdays, 1645 on Fridays)
Robert Winston 0900 – 1700 (1030 – 1700 on Wednesdays, 1645 on Fridays)
Sheaf Closed (students will be re-directed to other Help Points)
