As part of the University’s Transforming Lives Strategy and our Business Engagement programme of work within the Leading Locally and Engaging Globally Pillar, we aim to deliver a coordinated portfolio of CPD products that respond to market demand and represent a contribution to our regional and wider economy and society.
To strengthen the University’s CPD offer we want to support high potential areas of CPD development via a package of support and seed funding.
The support package will be co-ordinated by the Business Engagement Skills and Employability (BESE) Directorate providing access to services including; customer insights, programme design and development, guidance on funding sources (where appropriate), marketing and business development support.
Small allocations of funding will also be made available to design, develop and bring provision to market. Consideration will also be given to proposals to scale existing products to increase volume of delivery or introduce them to new markets. The application form can be found on the LLEG hub.

The deadline for applications is Friday 15 March 2019
Applicants will be informed of the outcome of their proposal within four weeks of the submission deadline.
The proposal lead should discuss their plans with their Head of Area prior to submission.
This scheme is open to full time and fractional staff.
