Rethinking inclusive policy and practice in HE to recognise race and racism

I had the honour of presenting a working paper at Jacqueline Stevenson’s Inaugural Lecture yesterday.  It was a rewarding experience to not only think about race inequality in English higher education, but how to work towards addressing it.  My presentation slides can be found here along with references below.
