Based on recent feedback from those moderating or participating in Blackboard Collaborate sessions, the Quick Guide for Participants has been updated. The changes focus mainly on helping participants understand and work through the different options and screens that they see when launching a Collaborate session for the first time or when they use a different computer.

The second version of the guide is available in the Blackboard Knowledge Base, and if you have given out the link to the participant guide previously – https://bbcrm.edusupportcenter.com/FileManagement/Download/f0585001d95c4e248c3e64db366d45e1 – it will now download the updated guide.
