The university has subscribed to Microsoft Office 365 and as a result of which Office 365 is now available free of cost to all shu students and staff. This means you can have the latest version of the full Office productivity suite which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and more for both offline and online use.
You can install Microsoft Office 365 on up to five Windows and Mac laptops/PCs. You can also access 1TB of cloud storage on OneDrive for business – a safe place to store most University files which can be used in line with the University’s cloud storage policy (see http://eisf.shu.ac.uk/EISF2015/CloudStorage.html for more details).

To download Microsoft Office on your laptops, Windows PCs, and Macs, visit https://go.shu.ac.uk/office365. When you’re prompted to log in, enter your username using this format – email@example.com followed by your password.
