The university network will be shut down for essential security work over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend. As a result there will be no IT services available in either of the learning centres this Saturday and Sunday, 2 and 3 June.

This means you will not be able to log into learning centre PCs or access the wifi network. And you won’t be able to access Blackboard, the Library Gateway or any of our online resources.

Also, you won’t be able to issue or return any library items while the IT network is unavailable. If you need to return books over the Bank Holiday weekend, drop them in the boxes provided and we’ll take them off your record as soon as we reopen.

IT services will start to come back online on Monday 4 June and should be back to normal on Tuesday 5 June.
