Support for Reviewees

In support of Transforming Lives the Performance & Development Review enables you and your manager to have meaningful conversations throughout the year about your achievements, developments and is complemented by regular one-to-one discussions.

Additionally, the annual review conversation considers the future, identifying priorities and setting out SMART objectives, including development needs for the year ahead and how they align with our Transforming Lives.

Clearly there cannot be a one-size fits all approach to the review process; dependent on your role, where you are in your career the type of activity you are involved in will vary. With this in mind, the toolkit should be considered a flexible resource to pick and choose from depending on your individual needs.
