Effective Conversations – Support for Reviewers – Face to Face Training Session

Academic Colleagues:

• The Essentials of Leadership and Management programme is being launched to academic leaders and managers across the University. As part of the Programme you will have received a separate communication about a specific module in relation to the PDR/ACF which all those is a reviewer role will need to attend.

Professional Services Colleagues:

• All those in a reviewer role should book onto the ‘effective conversations (PDR support for reviewers)’ via the Portal Home Page.
• These sessions are based on supporting individuals to have meaningful conversations centred on, for example, motivating individuals, enabling confidence and supporting insight about achievements as well as being clear about expectations.
