Remember, whilst you will have also been reflecting on your performance and development throughout the year, the review discussion can help you focus on your achievements against your objectives, specifically in relation to the ACF. (Please refer to section 1 & 2 of the form):

Academic Citizenship and Leadership (AC&L)

How can I demonstrate my achievements?

  • What contribution have you made to the leadership and/ or management of colleagues, students, quality enhancement etc.?
  • How have you contributed to the development of the academic community at a local or University level?
  • How have you demonstrated academic citizenship?
