We are a cluster of ~30 academics from a diverse range of disciplines across 3 faculties at Sheffield Hallam University.  We undertake research in appetite regulation, eating behaviour, appetite modulation, obesity, weight management and associated areas.

Sue Kesterton, Exercise Science officer (workplace and community health promotion programmes, motivational interviewing).

Dr Anna Myers, Researcher in Physical Activity and Health (role of exercise in appetite control, energy balance and weight management).

Dr Julie Skilbeck, Senior Lecturer in Nursing (fraility in later life, dysphagia in older people in care homes).

Dr Heather Semper, Senior Lecturer in Health Psychology (self-regulation and self-management in eating behaviour, food allergies).

Dr Kim Lawson, Senior Lecturer in Pharmacology (role of nutrition and diet in the management of fibromyalgia).
